I live just 1/2 mile from the hotel. Because of plumbing damage, we could not use any water. So we checked in to the Residence for one night. We have travelled extensively in the past and I can honestly say this is the best facility we have ever been too. Clean, staff friendly and most of all the breakfast. The food was excellent and the server was extremely helpful and courteous. She not only brought our food to the table, but she asked if we wanted refills on coffee and juice. She also asked if there was any food we wanted seconds on. My just wanted more bacon and she brought another plate.

AMAZING! Everything was beautiful. clean. I felt comfortable and safe. I actually took the time to look for something unacceptable and I found nothing! we booked the King Suite with the kitchenette. The kitchen part came with clean glasses and dishes. EVERYTHING was beautiful. The young man at the front desk was amazing. The breakfast was GREAT. There’s a lady who helps to assist in the breakfast area and she was AMAZING. We came to visit relatives in Charlotte and we have definitely found our go to place to stay!

We absolutely loved our suite!! The 500 sq. ft. room had everything we needed for us and our two grandchildren. A whole kitchen area with glasses, cups, plates, and all that it's needed for a stay over! The room was very clean! Right enough space for a family of four and the whirlpool was what my husband and I needed after a long drive and day! The children loved the pool!!

Overall everything there! Breakfast fantastic! Had some great extras, pool, basketball court. Best thing pet friendly!

Loved having a kitchen in the room, especially with said kitchen being stocked with pots and pans and everything else. The room was big and comfortable, the wifi was great quality, the breakfast was delicious, the list goes on.

It was clean and close to nearly every place I needed to go. Staff were excellent, especially the kitchen staff for breakfast.

The young woman at the front desk. I can’t remember her name but she had the blonde hair. She made my family feel so welcome.

It was great they had a full size kitchen. Even though the stove was a cooktop model, there was a convection oven above it. Next time I will get a two bedroom suite instead of a one.

The location is excellent. Plenty of shopping options around and close to the highway. Staff is friendly

The staff was so nice and welcoming. The lady who was in charge of the breakfast went above and beyond to make sure my family and I were set. The room was very clean and spacious.
